Refund Policy

Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

Partial Refund (50%): Cancellations made within 12–24 hours before pickup.

No Refund: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before pickup or no-shows.

Refunds will be processed within 1 days or longer via the original payment method.
